1.1 Feeley’s Interiors Limited (“Feeley’s Interiors,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a retailer of beds and mattresses in Northern Ireland. Mattress Man Belfast is a trading name of Feeley’s Interiors.

1.2 By purchasing from Feeley’s Interiors or Mattress Man Belfast, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 

1.3 Our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. 

1.4 Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.

1.5 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website, but we do not guarantee that colours, dimensions, or other details will be entirely accurate due to variations in monitors and manufacturing processes. 

1.6 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use our web channels and your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2. Returns Policy 

2.1 We offer a 30-day return policy for mattresses and beds, starting from the date of delivery. 

2.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

2.5 Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Deposits 

3.1 Feeley’s Interiors offers a non-refundable deposit scheme for custom orders or products that require special customisation.

3.2 A deposit, at the amount of £50 or at the customers discretion, of the total purchase price is required to secure the order. 

3.3 The deposit is deducted from the total purchase price, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or completion of the order.

3.4 In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded, and Feeley’s Interiors reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover administration and processing costs. 

3.5 Changes to custom orders may be subject to additional charges, and Feeley’s Interiors reserves the right to adjust the final price accordingly. 

4. Delivery

4.1 Feeley’s Interiors Limited offers delivery services for all purchases made through our website or in-store.

4.2 For items that are to be delivered, a delivery fee will be applied, with the exact amount depending on the distance. 

4.3 Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before finalising the purchase.

4.4 Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery times upon purchase confirmation.

4.5 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address during the agreed-upon delivery window. 

4.6 If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
