Questions that we are often asked to help make your experience a little more smooth:
Where are you located?
We are based 10 minutes from Belfast. Our address is Unit 9A, Glen Road, Comber, BT23 5QU. All visits require an appointment so that we can do our best to cater to your specific needs.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to offer delivery within 7-14 business days as beds are often hand made on request of the customer. We often stock many mattresses and aim to have these delivered to you within 7 days.
Is a deposit required?
If deciding to phone and place an order where the customer chooses to pay cash on delivery. We do ask that a small deposit be paid on items that are not in stock and need to be made up for the customer. This can vary depending on the item. In the event that the customer changes their mind regarding a product it should be known that the deposit is non-refundable. This is to cover a partial loss in the cost of materials.
Can items be returned?
Yes items may be returned under certain circumstances. Information on this can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you assemble beds?
Yes we offer assembly of beds however this is charged as a separate service and should be discussed prior to receiving your items to avoid disappointment as schedules may be too busy to fit this service in on the day.
Can you dispose of my old items?
Yes we can remove old beds and mattresses this is charged as a separate service.
